- In-Stock Items: Within 7 days of receipt, if the product has a clear manufacturing defect (not caused by customer handling), return or exchange is accepted (clear photos required as evidence). Shipping fees for return are borne by the buyer (unless confirmed as store responsibility).
- Pre-Order Items: Generally no returns or exchanges (as inventory is reserved from suppliers). If the item arrives with a quality issue (not due to shipping), we offer return, exchange, or compensation.
- Non-Returnable Situations:

* Customer’s personal preference (e.g., wrong color/size/style, bad luck in pulls)
