- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order, including order number, estimated shipping time, etc.
- Free shipping: on all purchases of ¥150,000 or more.

- In-Stock Items: Ships within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (from our Japan warehouse).
- Pre-Order Items: Ships immediately after the official Japan release date (usually within 1–7 business days after release, depending on arrival and logistics).
- International Shipping: Via EMS, DHL, or other reliable couriers with tracking. Shipping fees vary by weight and destination
- Protection Packaging: All cards/boxes are packed with sleeves, toploaders, bubble wrap, and extra protection to prevent damage.
3. Other Important Notes
- Purchase Limits: Certain high-demand items (e.g., rare Mega ex cards, limited boxes) may have per-customer purchase limits as announced.
- Quality Guarantee: All products are guaranteed Near Mint or better condition. If you receive an item with obvious issues, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
